(FCRC) Revised textWhen a provider receives an incorrect payment, enter in New textthe MMIS LTC subsystem. A segment can be a "past segment" which is a period from the effective date through an end date, or a "current segment" for a period without an end date.  (Revised textOptional: Revise Long Term Care Authorization Update (Form 2449) in response to incorrect payment. Use a separate Form 2449 for each segment in which incorrect payments were made.)
