  1. (BLTC) Sends Family Community Resource Center computer printout called "Facility Rates."
  2. (FCRC) Figure basic rate by adding together the capital, support, and nursing rates for the facility.
  3. (FCRC) Count the day of admission to decide the number of days of care.
  4. (FCRC) Do not count the day of discharge unless it is the day of death and the client died in the facility.
