To be a qualified provider for TANF, AABD, GA-FCA children under age 18, and P3 TA clients, clinics must meet the following:
- Be affiliated with a hospital that is in the medical program. The clinic must be located in or next to the hospital.
- Provide care, including diagnosis and treatment, to low-income persons.
- Accept payment from HFS.
Essential clinic services for Category 07 GA clients age 18 and older are provided by organized outpatient clinics approved by HFS.
