PM 20-05-03: Primary Care Providers
WAG 20-05-03.
The primary care provider must be:
a medical doctor or doctor of osteopathy who participates in Medicaid and agrees to serve as the primary care provider; or
a clinic enrolled to provide primary care; or
an HMO.
