For the annual face-to-face EZ REDE, the unit completes the EZ REDE application, but brings it to the Family Community Resource Center
for the interview or if eligible uses the Phone System Interview (PSI). See PM 19-03-03 for the face-to-face REDE process for SNAP and PM 19-02-01 for TANF.
