EZ REDE Households

revised manual materialA face-to-face REDE is required for SNAP households who do not qualify to use the Phone System Interview (PSI). The customer is sent notification that their SNAP benefits are expiring and that they need to come into the office. When the customer comes into the office, complete the TANF REDE. The TANF REDE may be completed through the Phone System Interview when SNAP households qualify to use the system. See PM 19-07-04 for households who qualify to use the Phone System Interview. 

Mid-Point Reporting (MPR)Households 

revised manual materialAn EZ REDE household is enrolled into Mid-Point Reporting (MPR) (PM 19-07-01)  status upon completion of a face-to-face REDE and are assigned a 12-month approval period. A face-to-face REDE is required in the 12-month for all Mid-Point Reporting households. The customer is sent notification that their SNAP benefits are expiring and that they need to come into the office. When the customer comes into the office, complete the TANF REDE.

revised textAn interim Mid-Point Report form is sent to a Mid-Point Reporting household in the 5th month of their 12-month approval period. The customer must return the Mid-Point Report form by the 5th day in month 6 of their approval period. Mid-Point Reporting households do not qualify to use the Phone System Interview (PSI).  See PM 19-02-06 for the Mid-Point Reporting Process.
