For the purpose of determining the date the change is reported to the Family Community Resource Center:

  • use the date the Family Community Resource Center receives a change report form or other mail from the SNAP unit; or
  • if the unit reports the change in person or by telephone, use the date of personal visit or telephone contact; or
  • use the date that information is received in the Family Community Resource Center (or Newborn Unit) from a source other than the SNAP unit.
