The following chart shows the type of benefits for which a pregnant woman and her spouse (if living in the home) can qualify, depending on their situation, their income, and their assets. The pregnant woman's spouse cannot qualify for the All Kids Moms and Babies program (noted with an *). The spouse must be included in a TANF case for the woman.
