The PACT meeting is held no more than twice a month, on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. The following Executive Staff or their designees are notified of the agenda:

  • Child Care and Family Services
  • Human Capital Development

  • Hispanic/Latino Affairs

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services is represented by:

  • Medical Programs
  • Child Support
  • Program Integrity

A PACT meeting is held to review comments received during the circulation process. Comments are discussed and resolved. If resolution of conflicts cannot be achieved through the PACT meeting, each disagreeing party prepares a position paper including the pros and cons of their position. This material is sent to BPD for preparation of a Decision Memorandum for the DHS Secretary, or the HFS Director for medical policy issues. The decision the Secretary or Director makes is final.
