After the approval of Medical, the beginning month of Medical eligibility can be changed if:

  • requested by the client or their representative; or
  • information obtained during a pre-appeal conference indicates that eligibility existed for an earlier month; or
  • the Family Community Resource Center determines that an error was made at approval; or
  • an appeal decision changes it.
