  1. (FCRC) Issue Minor Parent Live-At-Home Requirement (Form 3605).
    1. (Intake) Issue Form 3605 to all applicants under age 18 at screening.
    2. (IM) Issue Form 3605 to the minor parent when a baby is born to a child in a TANF case.
  2. (FCRC) If the minor parent states that they meet the requirement or are exempt from the policy, require proof.
