PM 14-02-01: Filing Unit (TANF, GA)

WAG 14-02-01.

A TANF or GA Filing Unit must include all eligible parents and siblings who live with a dependent child for whom TANF or GA benefits are requested or received. The client cannot choose to exclude someone who must be included in the cash case. Exception: A child who is a minor parent is excluded from their parent's Filing Unit when they are married or the other legal parent of their child(ren) is in the home.
