When an FS unit's benefits are affected by noncompliance:

  1. Count as nonexempt unearned income:
    • the AFDC/TANF recoupment amount or
    • the amount of an SSI reduction.
  2. Contact the Bureau of Policy Development for procedures for budgeting a noncompliance amount.
