Budget a prorated share of the earned income of a SNAP unit member excluded for one of the following reasons as nonexempt earned income. Unit members can be excluded because they:

  • do not meet Social Security Number policy, or
  • are ineligible noncitizens, or
  • have not had their citizen/BCIS status verified.
