SAVE is accessed on the web through a link on the Human Capital Development (HCD) Intranet page. Click on the link to go to the SAVE Login page.

To log onto the system for the first time:

  1. Click on SAVE Clearance on the HCD homepage.
  2. Enter your login information (i.e., User ID and Password) as provided by the local LAN or RACF coordinator. The password is case-sensitive, so enter it exactly as it is provided to you.
  3. Click Login to continue.
  4. Change your password. You are required to do this when you log onto the system for the first time and at least every 45 days after that. Your new password must be 8 to 14 characters and contain at least 3 of these 4 things:
  5. Uppercase letter
    • Lowercase letter
    • Number
    • Special character (e.g., +, $, !, #)
