WAG 03-18-01: Determined Disabled by DHS (Category P3 TA)

PM 03-18-01

Persons who qualify under this criterion receive P3 Transitional Assistance (TA). To qualify under this criterion, a person must:

• be found disabled by the Client Assessment Unit (CAU), and
• sign Authorization for Repayment of Interim Assistance (Form 2199), and
• have an SSI application pending through the Administrative Law Judge level.
