When SNAP E & T staff make a decision to sanction a client, they notify the Family Community Resource Center to impose the sanction.
The sanction applies to the entire City of Chicago, so a client cannot avoid sanction by moving to another Family Community Resource Center area. The sanction continues for 2 months, or until the client becomes exempt.
