Explain the FSE&T cooperation requirements to the client. Refer nonexempt clients to FSE&T by entering status Code R in Item 73.
Ask exempt clients if they want to volunteer for FSE&T. If an exempt client wants to volunteer, refer them to FSE&T by entering Code 7 in Item 69.
Entry of Code R in Item 73 for a nonexempt client, or Code 7 in Item 69 for a volunteer, automatically refers the client to FSE&T.
