PM 03-14-02: SNAP E & T Program Requirements

WAG 03-14-02.

After registration all nonexempt clients must comply with the following SNAP E & T requirements:

• cooperate with SNAP E & T activities;
• cooperate with SNAP E & T program requirements, when referred;
• accept a bona fide offer of employment;
• continue employment;
• not voluntarily reduce wages; and
• register for employment and appear for interviews through the Department of Employment Security.
