To qualify for GA-TA all nonexempt clients age 16 through 54 must comply with SNAP E & T requirements. The Family Community Resource Center caseworker must determine whether or not a client is exempt from SNAP E & T. Exempt clients can volunteer for SNAP E & T.
The client or SNAP E & T staff or other social service staff can request a review of a Family Community Resource Center finding of nonexempt. If the client does not cooperate in the review of their exemption status, do not cancel their case. The client remains nonexempt
and must comply with SNAP E & T.
A client who meets any one of the following items is exempt from SNAP E & T requirements.
