Being "on strike" means that the person is not working due to a strike. A person not working due to a lockout is not on strike.
A person involved in a strike at any time during a fiscal month is a striker for the entire fiscal month.
If a client claims that because of an extraordinary circumstance related to the work situation, they should not be considered as a striker, they must provide supporting information. Forward the supporting information via Form 2150 to the Bureau of Policy Development for a decision.
