To look up Illinois Cares Rx eligibility, look in MMIS. If you do not know the person's Recipient Identification Number (RIN), enter the person's Social Security Number in the recipient ID field and press F3.
A "coordinating plan" is a Part D plan that works with Illinois Cares Rx. Illinois Cares Rx participants are notified of the coordinating plans every year, and have the opportunity to enroll in one of their choice.
