    NOTE: Do not deny a system generated pending application before the expiration of her initial MPE eligibility period. 

    • Use TAR 93, MPE Client failed to apply for benefits before the expiration of her initial MPE eligibility period.
  3. (FCRC/All Kids Unit) No denial notice is generated or posted on the Client Database.
