The premium due date is the last day of the month preceding the month of coverage. If premiums are not paid within 60 days after the due date, the All Kids/FamilyCare Premium case is centrally canceled for the next month that can be affected.
See PM 06-08-08 regarding restoring benefits when the past due premiums are received and posted by the end of the effective month of cancellation.
When a new application is required, complete a new eligibility determination. If eligible, a new 12-month eligibility period is established (see PM 06-08-09).
