All Kids (Share, Premium Level 1 -2 and Rebate)
For children, an increase in income does not have to be reported until the annual renewal.
If the family income of a child receiving All Kids Share, Premium Level 1-2, or Rebate increases above the applicable program's income limits, do not change the case until the next reapplication or renewal.
At the next renewal, review eligibility for All Kids. If the income is over the standard for the program that the child is currently enrolled in, but does not exceed the All Kids Premium Level 2 standard (300% of the FPL), change the case to the appropriate All Kids Premium level. If the income now exceeds 300% of the FPL, cancel the case using cancellation type action reason (TAR) 45, Income Exceeds Standards.
If the family income of an adult receiving FamilyCare Share increases to above 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), determine eligibility for FamilyCare Premium. If the income is equal to or below 185% of the FPL, change the adult's coverage to FamilyCare Premium. If the income is above 185% of the FPL for Premium, delete the adult from the case or cancel the adult only case for excess income. If the income is above 200% of the FPL for FamilyCare Rebate, delete the adult from the case or cancel the adult only case for excess income.
