PM 05-08-03: Resident Requirements
WAG 05-08-03
A blind or disabled resident of an approved group home qualifies for SNAP benefits if:
the resident is a qualifying member due to their condition, not due to their age (
see PM 05-06-01
), and
all other SNAP eligibility criteria are met.
