When the Family Community Resource Center learns (from SDX or SOLQ information, or from another source) that a P3 client has been found "not disabled" by SSA and has not filed an appeal of the SSI denial and there has been no central action, suspend or cancel the P3 MA
based on the central action criteria:
- If the SSI denial date is within 65 days of the date of the Family Community Resource Center action, or if the SSI denial has been upheld at the reconsideration level, suspend assistance.
- If the SSI denial date is more than 65 days from the date of the Family Community Resource Center action, cancel assistance.
- If the SSI denial has been upheld by the ALJ, cancel assistance.
When the Family Community Resource Center suspends or cancels P3 MA due to the client's SSI denial, the procedures for resuming or restoring assistance are the same as the follow-up procedures to central suspensions and cancellations.
