WAG 03-05-00: Living With A Caretaker Relative (TANF, All Kids, GA-FCA)

To be eligible for TANF, a dependent child must be living with a close relative. For GA-FCA, a child must live with a close relative or a legal guardian. Once close relative status is verified and recorded, it is not necessary to reverify it, unless there is a conflict with known facts. For All Kids Assist, living with a close relative is not an eligibility requirement.
