For applications received from All Kids Application Agents, the date of application is the date the application was signed.
The application date for an All Kids and FamilyCare Online Application submitted by an AKAA is the date the application is received electronically in the All Kids Unit. When an AKAA submits an online application, the date of the signature must be the same date the application is received electronically. If the dates are different, process the application and deny the TAP payment. See PM 17-06-00 for information about TAP payments.
