If requested by the client, approve payment of verified child care expenses for TANF, AABD Cash, and GA-FCA appellants to attend an appeal hearing or pre-hearing meeting. Verify the name and address of the provider, the rate, and total amount of
payment. Make the payment whether or not the case is active, suspended, or canceled. The client may request a child care payment any time from the date the appeal is filed until 30 days after the hearing date. If the request for child care payment is
made more than 30 days after the hearing date, deny the request and notify the client in writing.
