4/23/20 - A Message to Providers from Secretary Hou: ICOY Webinar on the Paycheck Protection Program

Helping Families. Supporting Communities. Empowering Individuals.

Thursday, April 23, 2020

Dear Providers,

In anticipation of additional federal funding being passed for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), we are happy to share the invitation below to the Illinois Collaboration on Youth (ICOY) sponsored webinar on the PPP. As was communicated this week, IDHS is asking providers to maximize all federal funding recently made available through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. These funds are intended to help organizations like yours with resources so that you can continue doing your important work. Our aim is to use all available federal funding first and then turn to State resources to keep you funded.

Soon, IDHS will be providing more related information, tools, and one-on-one technical assistance in partnership with our stakeholder organizations.
