PM 01-02-06: Work Requirement (TANF, GA)

WAG 01-02-06

Every nonexempt member of a TANF or GA case must accept an offer of suitable employment and comply with their assistance program's employment and training requirements (see PM 03-13-00, PM 14-12-00, PM 21-02-00, PM 21-03-00, and PM 21-04-00 for TANF; PM 03-14-00 and PM 21-06-00 for GA).

The Department's self-sufficiency programs are:

• Work, Training, and Other Activities (TANF) (see PM 21-01-00, PM 21-02-00, PM 21-03-00, and PM 21-04-00);
• Teen Parent Services (TANF) (see PM 14-12-00); and
• Food Stamp Employment and Training (GA) (see PM 21-06-00).
