A person cannot receive benefits under 2 Department assistance programs at the same time, except for:
- GA and AABD Medical when a person cannot receive AABD Cash because they are ineligible for SSI due to their immigration status; and
- GA-TA and FamilyCare Assist, if otherwise eligible for both.
