1. Enter code 02 in Item 63 of Form 552 when the payee claims to be homebound.

    NOTE: Item 63 coding does not apply to SNAP Only cases. 

  2. Contact the payee by phone, mail, or home visit when a case is coded with 02 in Item 63. Do not require them to come into the Family Community Resource Center.
  3. Remove code 02 from Item 63 when the client is no longer homebound.
