MONTHLY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (MTA) MEETING

The Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (IDHS/SUPR) is establishing an opportunity for Illinois providers to ask SUPR staff questions about administrative rules, policies, and contract requirements. On Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. IDHS/SUPR will begin hosting monthly live "FAQ" meetings via conference call. Subsequently, this call will be scheduled on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. To join the conference call dial 1-888-494-4032, (access code: 6487732877#).

Due to time restrictions, we are asking that you submit questions you would like addressed to DoIT.SUPRHelp@Illinois.gov no later than September 21, 2018 for the first Monthly Technical Assistance (MTA) call. For all subsequent calls, we will address questions submitted a minimum of 48 hours before each call. We will try to address all submitted questions on each call. If time permits, we will allow providers to ask additional questions during the call.

In addition, we have added an FAQ section to the SUPR website which will document our responses and be available to review and assist with future inquiries. Click on the link to access the FAQ page http://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=110700.

Note: Please do not join this call to file a complaint or share unrelated concerns or questions. Our primary goal is to provide consistency in rule and policy interpretation and to improve clinical practice. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity and we look forward to talking with you on September 25th!
