The Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (IDHS/SUPR) is pleased to announce the results of the competitive bidding process to establish multiple, networked, geographically distributed Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) Councils that will assist communities with building local ROSC and that can network with the statewide ROSC.

Eight organizations have been selected as lead agencies, including:
