Mental Health Grant Information - FY2019

All potential grantees must make certain the following things are completed before IDHS staff are allowed to accept a grant application:

  1. Have an current DUNS number;
  2. Have a current SAM cage code;
  3. Register with the GATA system.  Complete the ICQ on the GATA system; and
  4. Register and be in good standing with the Secretary of State (does not apply to government entities and schools).

  6. Uniform Grant Budget - The budget template and instructions can be used as a tool to assist in determining expenses; however, the final budget must be completed in CSA Budget/Tracking System and Registration Information database. The pdf budget or paper copy will not be accepted.
  7. Note: For best results, use the Internet Explorer browser when accessing the GATA and IDHS systems.

Mental Health Competitive Notice of Funding Opportunties (NOFOs)

  1. *Effective February 14, 2018 *
    A Notice of Funding Opportunity -19-444-22-1482-01 - Housing MI Supportive (220) - was listed as a competitive program in error; however, it has been moved to the Mental Health Non-Competitive Grant Programs chart for current providers to complete an application and a budget for FY19 awards.
  2. *Effective 2/15/2018*
    The award amount for the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) 19-444-22-1484-01 - Program 510-RTLR - St. Clair County - had an incorrect amount on the posting of $99,796. The NOFO has been updated to reflect the correct amount of $130,550.

Mental Health Non-Competitive Grant Programs

  1. All current grantees with a program listed below are required to complete and submit a Grant Application, a programmatic risk assessment and a budget in the CSA Tracking System if you wish to continue services in FY 2019.  Deadline to apply is March 19, 2018 by 5:00 pm.
  2. To access the grant application, click on the link under the column "Grant Application" to complete the 3 page application.  Email the completed and signed application to DHS.DMHFiscal@illinois.gov
  3. To access the programmatic risk assessment, click on the link under the column "Programmatic Risk Assessment" to complete the assessment.
