April 6, 2018 is the extended due date for the submission of a GATA Documents

All grantees must complete and submit the following to ensure compliance with the State grant process and requirements:


Submit the following documents to (DHS.ESG@illinois.gov) with the subject line stating:  CSFA # 0946 and the agency name

All potential grantees must complete the State grant process / requirements to qualify for Emergency Solutions Grant Program funds. Additionally, all potential grantees must contact their respective lead Continuums of Care in order to complete and submit the required Grant Funding Packet. The lead Continuums of Care have jurisdiction in recommending qualified grantees to the State of Illinois, and in determining how to allocate ESG funds each program year.
