Enter a dash for each person who:
- receives Snap Only (Category 08), or
- is an RPY, or
receives BCC (Category 93), or- receives RRA MANG (Category 90).
For a component SNAP member and each person in an All Kids program (Categories 94 and 96), enter either a dash or a code (if the information is known). For All Kids, if a dash is entered, get the correct information and enter it at the next REDE.
For all other persons, enter the code that describes veteran status.
