Report information on real property and personal property to the HFS Bureau of Collections when a client or a client's spouse dies and the client:

  • received AABD Cash; or
  • prior to 10/01/93, was at least 65 when getting medical; or
  • on or after 10/01/93, was at least 55 when getting medical (including QMB Only); or
  • was in a medical institution and HFS had a lien on the client's property.
