Collected data is used centrally and in the Family Community Resource Center to identify potentially ineligible clients or to notify clients.
Certain data obtained by the Bureau of Research and Analysis requires action by the Family Community Resource Center or the Program Support Services Unit - Cook County (Bureau of Operations Support). The data is sent to the correct office with detailed instructions. The office verifies the data and takes any required action. The client has 60 calendar days to appeal any action taken in response to data exchange information.
