Regular Roll Benefits
(Client) Regular roll benefits issued through the Illinois Link system are available no later than 3:00 a.m. on the same date every month. (This includes weekends and holidays.)
The following tables lists the availability dates for each regular roll schedule.

94/96 SNAP Approvals in AIS, IPACS, and ACM
For all 94/96 approvals in Group 22 in AIS and when a new 94/96 case in Group 22 is approved with SNAP benefits on the regular roll in IPACS or ACM, the system assigns the case to one of three new SNAP availability date; the 4th, 7th or the 10th. The system does not assign 94/96 approvals in Group 22 to an availability date of the 1st of the month.
The system continues to assign an availability date of the 1st of the month to 91, 92, and 93 cases in Group 22.
ACID Inquiry and Form 552 Display Field
Page 1 of the ACID Inquiry screens display a 2 digit field, SNAP AVL DTE directly under the case name and address. The same field is displayed on the bottom of page 1 of the Form 552. The 2 digit field represents the SNAP availability date for the assigned Group. All Cash, Group 22, and Category 08 cases display the availability date based on their assigned Group.
For medical only cases in Group 00 and all Transitional SNAP cases the SNAP AVL DTE field is not populated.
Mercury Benefits
(Client) Mercury cash benefits issued through the Illinois Link system are available starting at 3:00 a.m. on the same date as Mercury SNAP benefits. Mercury benefits are only issued on workdays.
