A nonexempt SNAP customer who fails or who refuses to comply with SNAP E & T requirements without good cause, is subject to an SNAP E & T work sanction. The conciliation process is completed prior to imposing the sanction.
A noncustodial parent who fails to cooperate with the court order to take part in Earnfare remains eligible for SNAP benefits, if they receive SNAP benefits. Refer the noncustodial parent to DCSS for failure to comply with a court order. Volunteers cannot be sanctioned.
