  1. Use revised textResponsibility and Services Plan Attendance and Activity Report (Form 4006)or other locally established procedures to verify attendance. Begin the reconciliation process (see WAG 03-13-04) if verification is not received by the 5th workday following the end of the participation month.
  2. Use Instructions to Recipient (Form 1721) when you need to contact persons in Postsecondary Education for reasons other than reconciliation.
  3. Maintain contact with the client at least once every 30 days to monitor for changes in participation. Issue supportive services as needed, within DHS maximums.
  4. At the end of each term, review the client's progress by examining their grade report and enrollment for the next term. Determine if they must meet the work requirement. If they must meet it and they do not, revised textrevise the RSP to remove Postsecondary Bachelor/Associate Degree, and stop issuing supportive services related to school attendance.
