Deal with a dispute between the provider and FCRC right away.

The provider notifies their Provider Manager within 2 workdays if:

  • the FCRC fails to adhere without notification to the monthly meeting schedule; or
  • there is an unresolved dispute about the client's plan or how the client is handled; or
  • the FCRC fails to refer the number of clients agreed upon in the timeframe stipulated; or
  • the provider identifies an issue which impedes their ability to fulfill the terms of the agreement.

The Provider Manager handles contract issues with providers and is responsible for seeing that the terms of the contract are carried out.

The FCRC notifies the Regional Employment and Training Manager within 2 workdays if:

  • the provider fails to adhere without notification to the monthly meeting schedule; or
  • the FCRC identifies an issue which impedes the FCRC's ability to fulfill the terms of the agreement; or
  • there is an unresolved dispute about the client's plan or how the client is handled.

The Provider Manager and the Regional Employment and Training Manager arrange a meeting to mediate and resolve any dispute between the FCRC and the Provider within 10 calendar days of notification by either the FCRC or the Provider.
