In Cook Family Community Resource Center, conduct monthly staffings with providers. Downstate, conduct staffings as needed. Before the meeting, FCRC staff verifies:

  • case status; and

    NOTE: For clients in Work First, the Family Community Resource Center verifies zero grant status B for each client the provider handles. 

  • client eligibility for continued participation with the provider.

For each client, the provider reports:

  • the number of hours the person participates in an activity(ies);

    NOTE: For clients in Work First, the provider reports the number of hours in Pay-After-Performance and Supplemental activities. 

  • level of cooperation in job search; and
  • changes to the client's RSP.
