Update the Responsibility and Services Plan as needed. Give the client a copy of the RSP (Form 4003 series) whenever it is revised. Provide the client with a supply of all forms required to document participation and supportive service expenses.
Update coding in the Item 60 Work and Training Activities section or update the Service Plan in VCM
