Payment can only be made when prior or post approval has been given. The fee is based on the type of provider, such as taxi or Medicar. Providers beside a common carrier, such as an ambulance or bus, are paid the lower of 25ยข per mile or the rate charged.

  1. (Provider) Sends bills to Bureau of Claims Processing.
  2. (FCRC) Refer providers with questions about billing to BCHS.
