WAG 20-08-11-d.
The FCRC must:
review the client's personal funds account during determination and REDE;
provide advice to the client about handling of personal funds;
provide advice to the client about requests to purchase certain items or equipment normally provided by the facility;
upon the death of a client, complete an "Asset Report for Deceased AABD Cash and Medical Recipients" and send the report to the Bureau of Collections; and
refer the case to the Bureau of Medicaid Integrity for investigation, if it appears the facility is not cooperating in handling the client's funds.
