Continue to pay for a client's care for up to 30 days from the date the client was notified that:
- the facility is terminated from the Medicaid program; or
- they need a different level of care than is available in the current facility.
Stop payment 30 days after notification by DPH (HFS for an SLF) that a facility has lost its license or certification.
